機泵標準介紹1

據不完全統計，現有壓縮機、風(fēng)機、汽輪機、燃氣輪機、制冷機、膨脹機等“機類(lèi)”標準750~800個(gè)；“泵”類(lèi)標準860多個(gè)；“離心機”標準60多個(gè)；“密封”標準230多個(gè)，總計標準數量在2000個(gè)以上。上述統計僅局限于中國國家標準、行業(yè)標準，國際ISO標準以及美國、英國、日本、德國、法國等國的國家級標準和二個(gè)美國行業(yè)標準（機械工程師協(xié)會(huì )標準和美國石油協(xié)會(huì )標準）。各級地方標準和企業(yè)標準以及其他國家的各類(lèi)標準則未包括在內。
標準所規定的內容非常廣泛，有機泵產(chǎn)品的基本型式與參數、性能、名詞術(shù)語(yǔ)、標記、評價(jià)、尺寸、通用技術(shù)條件、試驗方法、施工規程、驗收規范、測量方法、等級劃分等等，但大體可以歸納為設計、制造、安裝驗收三個(gè)方面。也有些是機泵某些部件如閥片、鑄件、聯(lián)軸節的標準或某些性能的規定，如有關(guān)振動(dòng)、噪聲、潤滑的標準等等。
標準所牽涉的產(chǎn)品種類(lèi)也非常多，以泵為例，有離心泵、計量泵、螺桿泵、往復泵、水輪泵、潛水泵、油泵、清水泵、試壓泵、旋渦泵、低溫泵、真空泵、羅茨泵、分子泵、齒輪泵、泥漿泵、耐腐蝕泵、深井泵、水環(huán)泵、混流泵、軸流泵、鍋爐給水泵、液下泵、注水泵、化工流程泵、不堵式泵、無(wú)泄漏泵、塑料泵、消防泵等等，還有很多。其名稱(chēng)有些是按泵的常規分類(lèi)方法劃分的如葉片泵、容積泵等，有些則是按用途劃分的如污水泵、衛生泵等，有些名稱(chēng)則比較隨意如擴散泵、液氮泵等。只要有此類(lèi)產(chǎn)品的生產(chǎn)，有制定標準的需求，通過(guò)一定的申請、批準手續就可能產(chǎn)生一個(gè)新的標準，但有時(shí)內容也有相當的交叉、重復。就國內和國外的標準而言，則國內的標準數量多于國外的標準�？偟膩�(lái)說(shuō)，像離心泵這樣應用廣泛，產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)歷史長(cháng)久的泵類(lèi)標準比較多（離心泵相關(guān)標準的總數達到100多個(gè)），而像無(wú)泄漏泵這種迅速發(fā)展起來(lái)的新型泵類(lèi)標準則比較少。無(wú)泄漏泵目前可查到的標準共有7項，其中國外3項，國內4項，分別為：

壓縮機類(lèi)的標準包括壓縮機、風(fēng)機、汽輪機、燃氣輪機、制冷機等的標準，
其大體數量如表1 所示。從表1可看出國內標準數量明顯多于國外標準數。

API，是美國石油協(xié)會(huì )(American Petroleum Institute)的簡(jiǎn)稱(chēng)。美國石油協(xié)會(huì )是早也是成功的制定標準的商會(huì )之一，從1924年制定第一個(gè)標準開(kāi)始，至今維持著(zhù)500項左右標準的修訂、更新，其內容覆蓋整個(gè)石油和天然氣工業(yè)，為石油工業(yè)的安全生產(chǎn)、設計、制造、施工和安裝提供了技術(shù)保障，并獲得了巨大的經(jīng)濟利益。API的標準包括防腐和材料、檢驗、壓力容器和儲罐、電器、換熱器、管道、泄壓系統、儀表及控制、閥門(mén)、鉆探設備、油氣測量標準等，其中機械設備方面的標準主要是機泵標準。API機泵標準是我國化工、石油和石化行業(yè)重要的參考標準�，F將API有關(guān)機泵標準列于表2。
